Summary/Abstract: The demanding market in times of economic crisis imposes ever-increasing demands, which the Roma in Bulgaria find difficult to meet. Their adaptability to these requirements is essential. Examining it in detail helps to find the missing link, which hinders the full integration of this ethnic group.
