Summary/Abstract: This paper addresses the current problems of technology and entrepreneurship education in primary school, related to the established practices and focus of teaching and learning in this subject. The subject of the research is technological training in the initial stage of primary education, and the subject - the opportunities for the formation of the so-called. "Soft exercises" in building key competencies initiative and entrepreneurship. In this study, we attempt to answer the following questions: 1. How can primary teachers deliver such technology and entrepreneurship training, the results of which are related to soft skills building in the key competency initiative and entrepreneurship. 2. What are the peculiarities of applying the individual and differentiated approach in technology and entrepreneurship education in elementary school for soft skills formation? A major method in our research is interviewing and interviewing.
