Summary/Abstract: The article deals with the analysis of judicial practice of bringing the guilty persons to criminal liability for committing a crime, stipulated by Article 151-2 of Criminal Code of Ukraine. An analysis of criminal legislation of Tajikistan, Kirgizia, Azerbaijan, Turkey, France, Sweden, and China has been made. The author holds the point of view, according to which, criminal and legal problems of Article 151-2 of Criminal Code of Ukraine lay in imperfection of Part I disposition of this article. Ways of improvement of Art. 151- 2 of Criminal Code of Ukraine have been suggested.
