Summary/Abstract: The concept of entrepreneurship has embraced many forms over the time, both under the influence of the great economists and under the influence of society. Today we are talking about a form of entrepreneurship that is based on the well-being of society. Social entrepreneurship is due to the increasing importance the world attaches to the problems of others. Romania is experiencing some worrying statistics coming from rural areas. The case study conducted by our team presents a concrete and successful example of the social enterprise and highlights the benefits to the rural society in which it operates, hoping that other communities will follow the example.
