PREVENTIVE MEASURES IN THE LEGAL DOCTRINE OF JUVENILE JUSTICE

Summary/Abstract: Recently, along with the administration of justice, juvenile justice in the representation of Ukrainian society is increasingly emerging as a system of prevention (prevention) of the causes of juvenile deviance. This causes an expansion of the system of preventive influence on the child and his environment. Based on a critical analysis of the preventive component of juvenile justice (a three-tier structure of juvenile prevention), a number of proposals are made to improve the system of administrative-legal (preventive) measures in Ukraine.
