Summary/Abstract: The government of democratic opposition of Serbia arranged the law on urban-planning with certain aims of putting to an end a long term bad practice of tolerating illegal building construction. It is Law expected this law will efficiently regulate the sphere of urban-planning, usage and building supervision within a building area.
