Summary/Abstract: The discourse analysis which is proposed concerns mechanisms of appropriation, reformulation and circulation of the painting Liberty Leading the People of Eugène Delacroix on socio-digital networks during the events of Paris: attack against Charlie Hebdo the 07/01/2015 and attacks in Paris the 13/11/15. The article studies how net surfers have compared the events of Paris with the symbolic strenght of the famous painting. It aims to enlighten the processes of circulation of discourses on socio-digital networks and also wants to analyse the interdiscursive dimension of the original reformulations.
