Summary/Abstract: The report aims to scrutinize the term to file a legal claim for contestation of the transformation of legal entities under art. 263O of the Commercial Law. The study will begin with the legal framework, then will examine the beginning of the term for bringing the claim and finally will survey the deadline for contestation of the transformation. In the closing notes I will make de lege ferenda suggestions.
