The Reverse of Creation in the Seven Apocalyptical Trumpets

Summary/Abstract: The study focuses on understanding the reiterations in the book of Revelation of John. The purpose is to identify how they describe the spiritual evolution of the Church and its mission. The seven trumpets are presented as a parallel cycle to other septenary sequences (seven churches, seven seals, seven cups), a cycle meant to complement the others, to outline the picture of the eschatological events. The use of the Old Testament background and the thematic parallels in the New Testament are the key to the elaboration of this study.
