Summary/Abstract: The review analyzes the new monograph of A.Zh. Harutyunyan, firmly integrated into the Russian anti-history community. She continues the author’s many years of research in the field of historical geography and interstate relations in antiquity in the context of the history of Armenia. At the center of attention of the book is a key moment in ancient Armenian history — the turn of the 3rd — 4th centuries. A.Zh. Harutyunyan connects the change in the geopolitical situation in the Middle East with the adoption of Christianity in Armenia. This conclusion is new, important and fully substantiated.
