The most frequent types of family households, according to the Register are two - nuclear and extended (after the classification of Laslet). During the period under consideration the marital, respectively - demographical behaviour of the personality and the whole group is marked by the economical and social changes in the country. As a result changes as well the development of natality and mortality, nuptial age, etc. - i. e. the so-called "demographical transition" can be observed. It is to be pointed out that armenians traditionally are an urban community of craftsmen and merchants. Rousse - one of the greatest industrial centers in Bulgaria provides possibilities for its financial and social development which influences the demographical behaviour and characteristics of the group. The age- and sexual hierarchy of armenian ethno-confessional group shows a progressively developing urban community with considerable opportunities for reproduction - a proof for its adaptation to the actualities in the country during the examined period.
