Summary/Abstract: At the currents time Russia is not ready to enhance its military presence in Ukraine and follow the model of Crimea in East Ukraine. Russia’s military aid is used for keeping the conflict up in Donbass, maintaining separatist governments in Donetsk and Luhansk and destabilizing the Ukrainian state of to return Ukraine to the Russian sphere of influence.
