Summary/Abstract: As it is known, raw materials but, first of all, energy resources are generally limited and unevenly distributed around the globe. Their deficit is the cause of the onset or increase of many conflicts in recent years. Having the control of resources confers not only political power but also increased military power. When we talk about resources, we generally mean energy thus we except water resources, food, labor, equally important, some vital for developing and maintaining life on earth.
