The evolution of the security environment and of state models has also determined the reconfiguration of the security resources type. The durable and sustainable development is the only viable option for the prospect of generating the required resources assigned to the national security. One of the fundamental premises of the durable and sustainable development is the fostering of durable production and consumption patterns.
