Summary/Abstract: This article deals with borderlines of the general principle of loyality of the Member States in the terms of the Treaty of Lisbon. Specifically, it seeks to answer the question of how widely can be understood the obligation of a Member State to take appropriate measures to fulfill obligations arising from the acts of European institutions.
