Summary/Abstract: I dispute in this article some statements of Steven Weinberg given in chapter 7 of his book „Dreams of a Final Theory“ about the Dialectical Materialism and the book of Lenin „Materialism and Empiriocriticism“, and more general on the Philosophy. The fundamental hypotheses of the Dialectical Materialism are given here. I propose as illustration a resolution (based of philosophical ground) of the most fundamental unsolved problem of contemporary physics – the wave-corpuscle dualism.
