Selected Aspects of Management of Purchase Logistics Process in Enterprise

Summary/Abstract: The logistics system in enterprise needs support in the purchase process and other activities deciding finally about the financial effect. The analysis of using logistics processes can be described by effectiveness of definitions and modern methods of choosing supplier to cooperate with. In the article the literature research of purchase process and own researches in enterprises from Kuiavian-Pomeranian voivodeship, Lodz and Mazovia are shown. The aspects of management of purchasing logistics process and evaluation of factors’ effectiveness are presented.
