Summary/Abstract: Companies today are faced with marketing challenges that adversely affect the growth of the company, they crave to improve the quality of their products, enhance their customer service relationship and effectively publicize their products using social media platforms by adopting marketing strategies and methodologies that can help execute these primary objectives.
