Summary/Abstract: The issue of the presented article has been focused on the networking, as one of the basic tools for building a social capital. The author attempts to explain the overall concept of networking, as the connections of both individuals and social groups diversified by strength, feature, and coverage. He shows the types of networking inside and outside the enterprise such as internal, external, and private networking as well as their enforcement inside the enterprise. The author draws our attention to the fact that the networking management within the enterprise is crucial especially for businesses being in the process of transformation aimed at fast development in order to build and maintain a network of strong relations aimed at achieving significant goals from the point of view of those businesses.
