Summary/Abstract: Knowledge management as the most important way of increasing the competitive position of modern business also affects the procedures used in the implementation of the HR function. The focus of the present study is the relationship between motivation and knowledge management. Their indication is the main objective to develop. Under the adopted hypothesis of the research efforts were to prove that this effect is not a one-way dependence, but rather bidirectional. In considering descriptive method was used, based on associations, which can serve as an introduction to the development of this kind of research.
