Summary/Abstract: In the last decades, different generations of people have developed. Currently, the youngest of them is Generation Z, represented in this study by people who were born in 1994-2000. As a group, it is heterogeneous, and its economic activity, for example, can be its differentiating factor. The aim of the paper is to recognize significant differences in selected areas of tourism behavior in working as well as non-working Z’s. The theoretical part is a query of the literature on the subject regarding the specificity of Generation Z. The empirical database is based on direct research conducted in 2018 among e-generation representatives. After carrying out the research, it is visible that the two groups studied differed significantly in terms of how to meet tourist needs; to the greatest extent regarding the choice of accommodation facilities.
