Summary/Abstract: The aim of the article is to present selected internal marketing tools used in the Orbis Hotel Group. The company is the largest hotel group in Central and Eastern Europe, consisting of 116 hotel facilities with 19842 rooms. Most of the hotels (70) are located in Poland, 17 in Hungary, 8 in the Czech Republic, 7 in Romania, 5 in Lithuania, 4 in Latvia, 2 in Bulgaria and Slovakia and 1 in Macedonia. The key internal marketing tool used in Orbis is Yammer. It is a social network used for many activities. One of them is a program aimed at limiting the amount of wasted food in Group hotels. The second one is based on designingand creating hotel rooms according to the employees' original ideas. Internal marketing in Orbis turned out to be an are a of generating various socio-economic and financial benefits, both for internal and external stakeholders.
