Summary/Abstract: The purpose of this article is the identification of business services in Poland for tourism industry, in terms of quantity and localization. The analysis was carried out on the basis of data made available by the Central Statistical Office. The results show that the number of companies providing business services in Poland, notably KIBS (Knowledge Intensive Business Services), was systematically growing in the years 2010–2015. A similar trend was characteristic of the number of suppliers of tourism services, except for the number of tourist agents and intermediaries, and tour operators. The relation between the number of service providers of KIBS and the number of tourism enterprises in particular voivodships in Poland indicates its diversity. The highest indicator of KIBS availability was in central voivodships (Greater Poland, Łódź and Świętokrzyskie). High ratio of the number of people employed in companies offering KIBS to the number of people employed in tourism enterprises (over 2.5 employees of KIBS per one employee of tourism industry) in 2015 was characteristic of the following voivodships: Masovian, Lower Silesia, Łódź and Greater Poland.
