Selected Aspects of Management Control in Hospitals Functioning in the Form of an Autonomous Public Health Centre − Research Review

Summary/Abstract: The article presents the state of studies concerning the functioning of managerial control in hospitals operating as public health care units. In order to realise the research aim, the literature of the subject, legal acts, and results of studies conducted by the Ministry of Finance were analysed in the scope of managerial control. On the basis of the conducted analyses, an evaluation of the state of knowledge about the efficiency of managerial control in hospitals functioning in the form of autonomous public health centres was made.
