RULES FOR SCHOOLS OF TAREVNA MILADINOVA-ALEXIEVA

Summary/Abstract: The daughter of Dimitrija Miadinov, Carevna Miladinova-Aleksieva (1856-1934) is the author of two Rulebooks that refer to the schools in Macedonia and Odrin area, as well as the female schools in Prilep: Rulebook for the high schools in Macedonia and Odrin Vilayet and Rulebook for female schools. In times when rulebooks were made only by men, it was not usual for a woman to contribute to the preparation of such documents. Therefore, we consider the above mentioned rulebooks as a great achievement of her social activism.
