Summary/Abstract: One of the goals of psychoanalytically and oriented psychotherapy of children and adolescents is changing their external reality through internal reality. The shift of internal working model may result in emotional development and growth. The place and the instrument of such change is the therapeutic relationships which is sometimes realised in different therapeutic settings.
