Summary/Abstract: The recent research results indicate that family entrepreneurship impacts entrepreneurial intentions of young generations. The experience of family entrepreneurship has an impact on entrepreneurial intentions, especially intergenerational terms. The objective of this article is the empirical verification of the impact of family entrepreneurship on students’ entrepreneurial intentions on the selected sample in Poland. The article is divided into three main sections. The first sections presents the theoretical foundations of entrepreneurial intentions. The second section elaborates on the applied research methodology. Finally, the third section reveals the results of the survey among students. The hypothesis stating that environment and experience of the family business has a positive effect on entrepreneurial intentions, making students coming from family entrepreneurship background more entrepreneurial than those that do not have such experience.
