Summary/Abstract: The purpose of the article is theoretical analysis and generalization of features of projects of humanisms («utopian») of a culture of management of Renaissance which will be instrumental in enriching of humanitarian science new knowledge about becoming of management culture on the stage of decomposition of feudalism and origin of the new framework of society age. Methodology. Methodological basis of research is the dialectical principle of cognition, systemic, civilization, socio-cultural, activity, historical approaches, the fundamental tenets of the theory and history of the culture of the company and its management. General scientific and interdisciplinary methods of research were used: analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction, comparison, formalization, and generalization. The scientific novelty of the got results consists of an exposure and system generalization of features of conceptions of humanisms of management culture in Renaissance age. Conclusions. It is established those parallel ideas that are praised and justified the liberal market structure and the management culture, which arose on the ruins of feudalism, a doctrine, whose adherents denied the order and put forward the project of building an ideal society. According to these teachings, building a humanistic society and its control system should be based on principles of equality, solidarity, the fairness of benefits, collectivism and voluntary labor for the common good, what would be a fair and happy life. Organization of management in such a society occurs at the linear-functional and territorial principles of vertical hierarchy structure, but unlike a liberal society from the bottom up. All public servants are elected from those people who own most wisdom. The activity of executive branches is controlled collections of citizens. There is not a peculiar and division of population on classes. The primary objective of the framework of society and control system consists in deprivation of citizens of corporal slavery, freeing them most to time for spiritual freedom and education.
