Summary/Abstract: The social reintegration of the offender by certain means alternative to the execution of the penalty is subject to the evaluation of the latter’s conduct during the criminal trial, and of the latter’s attitude towards justice.Therefore two new institutions were regulated, namely the waiver of penalty and the delay of penalty, which were designed taking into account the severity of the crime committed, the dangerousness of the offender, the degree of intervention for the correction of the convict and the consequences thereof.
