COMMENTS ON THE THEORETICAL DIFFERENCES BETWEEN CONVENTIONAL AND ISLAMIC BANKING

Summary/Abstract: The author makes comments on the state of the problem in part of the English speaking scientific thought. In the beginning, he points out the main thesis and prospects for the development of conventional and Islamic banking. The main part of the comments begins with the historical aspect of the comparison. According to him, despite the differences, they are based on priority financial and human values. The benchmark review continues with “A Modern Comparison of Western Banking to Islamic Banking”, information from the Council of Islamic Financial Services, comparative analyzes of Ahmad Al-smadi, AF Hamdan and Almsafir, M., Grimarenko, I. Ye., Jamaldeen, F., Mohamad, Sh., Hassan, T. and Bader, MK, Lake, Al. and Margolin, J. and in particular „The Hundred Differences Between Islamic and Conventional Banking Systems” by Basha, S.N. After all, the author reaches two important conclusions for his research.
