PUBLIC POLICY AS THE SPHERE OF MODERN SOCIAL AND COMMUNICATION PRACTICES IMPLEMENTATION

Summary/Abstract: The purpose of the article. The publication deals with the actual processes of forming a modern public policy space in the context of the development of an information society. The methodology of the research is to apply such general scientific methods as social-communicative, systemic, information-analytical. The scientific novelty of the results is a thorough analysis of the main socio-communicative connections in the sphere of public policy as a synthesis of political action, scientific reflection, and acts of mass media communication. Defined the underlying mechanisms of interaction of power and society in the process of regulating modern political practices are determined.
