ON THE JUDICIAL CONTROL OVER SOME INVESTIGATIVE ACTS

Summary/Abstract: The article discusses three questions concerning the judicial control over searches, seizures and inspections as established in the Bulgarian Code of Criminal Procedure. These questions are: is the judicial control necessary in cases when the inspection resulted in seizure; should the judicial control cover the inspections; is it reasonable to be provided for a post factum approval by a duty judge of a search or seizure when it was conducted in exigent circumstances and hence without a court warrant given in advance.
