Summary/Abstract: The regulation of the various types of rests in our labor law is of great social importance, since the individual's ability to work is not inexhaustible, and the law must provide guarantees for the preservation and recovering of the working capacity of employees. The aim of the study is to trace the existing regulatory solutions in this matter, to outline some of their weaknesses and to offer opportunities for overcoming them.
