Image of the man of the future: transition to postmodern

Summary/Abstract: The study raises the topical issue of a human future in the philosophy of postmodernism. The author relates the emergence of this philosophy with the crises of human civilization: the loss of human existential self-understanding, the presence of syndrome of “existential vacuum” in the majority of Westerners, factor in erasing the boundaries between virtual and real. The study proposes a paradigm shift from postmodernism to sverhmodernu (in the terminology S.E. Kurginyan), which will be the key to a more humane image of man of future periods.
