Summary/Abstract: Purpose - This study aims to determine the personality structures of the employees of the accomodation enterprises located in the TRA2( Igdır, Kars, Ağrı, Ardahan) region and to determine whether there is relationship between personality and jop satisfaction. Design/methodology/approach - AMOS 22 and SPSS 15.0 have been used for data analysis. Demographic information of the participants as frequency and percentage table; factor averages and standard deviations in descriptive analysis table the relationship between the scales are presented using the path analysis. Findings - According to the descriptive analysis results; openness to development, responsibility, extroversion and neuroticism (emotional imbalance) personality dimensions scores are moderate; The compatibility personality trait dimension score is medium-high.
