Summary/Abstract: The article reveals migration as a movement of people from one country to another in the aspect of civil law. Different types of migration are presented. There is a special part of the aspects of civil law topics concerning foreigners when they obey the legislation of Republic of Bulgaria. The article focuses only on civil law topics which could be an object of serious analysis.
