Summary/Abstract: The present paper aims to analyze a phenomenon with profound implications in the current world context, marked by a number of disturbances, which constitute a permanent threat to states security, namely the terrorism. Finding the most effective means of preventing and combating this extremely dangerous phenomenon is one of the great challenges of the modern world, given that the forms of teriorism are increasingly diverse and ever diversified.
