Summary/Abstract: Here I will analyze concrete actions and legitimations, as well as the elements of action and legitimation base of political mobilization of Serbian communists which was carried out in the second phase of "Anti-bureaucratic revolution", which started after the 8th Session of the Central Committee of the Communist League of Serbia, in September 1987, and ended with a triumphant rally in Gazimestan, celebrating 600th anniversary of the battle of Kosovo, on 28 June 1989. Thanks to the successful restoration of Serbian state unity, Slobodan Milosevic consolidated his governance as an indisputable national leader.
