Summary/Abstract: Because of the disciplinary offense committed a convicted person may be disciplinary punished. However, if there is a risk that the convicted person can make the itemize described actions, special measures may be applied. Special measures may be applied when there is a risk of escape, violent behavior, self-injury orendangering the order and safety of another type. It is about existence of pre-delinquent, pre-disciplinary or pre-delinquent "state" of a convicted person. The author, among other things, critically analyzes the regulations that regulate special measures, and gives specific de lege ferenda proposals for the modification of some of the bad solutions in the current regulations.
