СРБИЈА И "МЕЂУНАРОДНА ЗАЈЕДНИЦА"- ТЕРЕТ ИСТОРИЈЕ ИЛИ ДЕМОКРАТИЈЕ
SERBIA AND „INTERNATIONAL COMMUNITY”: BURDEN OF HISTORY OR DEMOCRACY

Summary/Abstract: Topic of the article is question of the еclash between Serbia and West underlied by the interests. In relation to the problem what are the causes of negativ relation of "internatioal community" toward Serbia author maintains that core of the problem is in continuation of negative Western history toward Serbs. Chief argument is founded on four political indicatiors: 1) relation toward national unity; 2) respecting of state sovereignty; 3) nation's moral picture; 4) relation of punishment and cooperation. Analysis shows that neglecting of Serbian national interests coud not be acoount to the luck of democracy but to negative historical relation of the West toward Serbian state and national interests.
