Summary/Abstract: For declaring the invalidity of the labour contract for learning at work the general rules of Art. 74–75 of the Labour Code apply, however, the conclusion of the contract in question reveals the existence of particular hypotheses of its invalidity, which are a consequence of the specific purpose of the characteristic clause for training at work.
