Summary/Abstract: One of my father's oldest textbooks, which I developed with particular awe as a student, was Commercial Law with the subtitle "Shortened Shorthand of Commercial Law of Professor Konstantin Katsarov". The abbreviated shorthand was actually about 900 pages of preface and appendix, and this was the 1st edition of 1937 of the "Systematic Course on Bulgarian Commercial Law".
