Summary/Abstract: Nowadays, the importance of the human factors has been continuously increasing in the quality studies applied in enterprises. In enterprises, employees are seen as valuable resources invested instead of being seen as an element of cost. Therefore, performance assessment has been implemented in order to improve quality. The performance of the employees has been measured with the sub-dimensions of the 360 Degree Feedback Method. The aim of this study is to research the functionality of selfassessment which is one of the evaluation dimensions of the 360 Degree Feedback Method in the system. To this end, the proficiency of the sub-dimensions of self assessment according to the demographic traits and the relationships between the dimensions have been examined.
