Opportunities, directions, features and problems of functioning and engaging of artificial intelligence units in government

Summary/Abstract: The article is devoted to the research of possibilities, conditions, limitations and directions of application of artificial intelligence systems in the system of public administration. The author of the article considers the positive prospects and advantages of using artificial intelligence in the system of state authority and in the system of public administration. The author shows the shortcomings, risks, problems associated with the use of artificial intelligence in this area. The conclusion is drawn that artificial intelligence in the sphere under consideration can be attracted exclusively only for instrumental purposes to help the functioning of the system of state authority, but artificial intelligence can not be endowed with independent autonomous functions in this area.
