Summary/Abstract: It has been proven that individuals who perceive the values and fairness of justice are compatible with the organizational values and the perception of justice, and that individuals who perceive that the justice system of the organization is truly fair affects the level of job satisfaction. This study was designed to examine the relationship between the concepts and their effects on each other.
