Summary/Abstract: The report explores gender crime investigation mechanisms, focusing on the personality of the victim and the perpetrator, as well as ways to counteract these crimes. Fundamental attention is devoted to the motivation of enforcement actions in serious crimes against the personality in the context of the sociology of law.
