Summary/Abstract: This article discusses the main aspects of noxal liability in Roman law. Precondition to have a noxal liability is not the illegal behavior on the person which is liable. It requires an illegal behavior on person which is dependent on or under the power of his master or pater familias. The noxal liability is non-culpable liability for acts of person, for whoм the master is responsible for.
