Summary/Abstract: In this paper, the author analyzes the technical characteristics of the Travnik Cantonal Archives building. Construction of the building began in 2008 and is still ongoing. The construction itself is divided into several stages and the construction project itself is technically complicated. The paper will pay special attention to the technical characteristics of the facility, the types and quantities of consumed material used in the construction, the standards we applied at the very beginning of the construction and which follow all subsequent works. The building should be in accordance with the standards of building a modern and functional building with all the accompanying contents, which would finally provide archival material with optimal conditions of storage and handling.
