TERRORISM AS A FACTOR OF THREATENING STATE SECURITY

Summary/Abstract: The author will at first look at the concept and term of security, that certainly represents one of the Bkey motives activities of man and society, and then the sources of threats to the security of society and its postulates, which nowadays represent one constant and growing phenomenon. To this should be added the very nature and essence of security phenomena that are known to never happen in a stable and consistent way, not has also manifested due to the effects of identical factors, making it harder, and requires a more comprehensive assessment of the sources of vulnerability. For this reason the author in the following pages will elaborate on the phenomenon of terrorism as a security occurrence and certainly, the primary, the latest and most aggressive unconventional threat to the security to the security of a state. The main objective of this paper is to study, analyze and display the complexity of terrorism as a violent and threatening phenomenon, which now days represents a structural threat to many countries in the world and with their criminal aspirations, more than justifiable qualifies as one of the most pressing security risks and threats today.
