Preschool Preparation of a Child with Special Needs

Summary/Abstract: In this paper are shared aspects of including training of the so-called “different” or “special” children. Every child is inherently different and special; something which is considered by each teacher in his or her pedagogical activity, reaching the most secret recesses of the child’s mentality with professionalism and love. The most important thing for a child with special educational needs is to be accepted with understanding, without derision and mockery, and this can be possible with the different pedagogical approaches and team work. Preschool preparation of “such” children is expressed by means of concreteness and specificity of individual educational program. We share our practice about correctly and accurately prepared individual thematic plans which are consistent with both the individual needs of the child and with a weekly distribution of educational content in all educational fields.
